The Zuper Hammers are high performance sugarcane crushing hammers designed by IMCO. These shredder hammers are used in shredders/ fibrizors and come in different sizes with the option of Fixed type and Swing type as well as forged,casted and fabricated. The Zuper hammers are made of  very strong, highly tensile, hardened, and tempered steel that is case-carburized in a special vacuum furnace.

If a standard shredder hammer does not exist off the shelf to suit your particular application, we will design and manufacture to your requirement.
