With our enhanced casting and machining capabilities IMCO Alloys has emerged as a key player in manufacturing cast iron or cast steel Thrash Plates/ Scraper Plates. 

Our latest development in Wear Protection of Thrash Plate/Scraper Plate is the powder fusion techniques using the ZUPER 0001 High alloy powder. Combined with its low coefficient of friction, the Zuper 0001 is ideal for applications involving metal-to-metal contact. Deposits can be ground with great precision, to a smooth, highly polished finish. The ZUPER 0001 wets out easily on stainless steels, cast iron, nickel, and nickel alloys. Recommended uses include all applications where frictional and abrasive wear is severe. These overlays are recommended. Deposits are not heat-treatable.
