We specialize in manufacturing brand new Rollers and Shells utilizing our advanced Zuper Alloy Technology. Each roller shell is crafted with precision, ensuring superior quality and performance. The metal for all shells is produced in specialized furnaces, allowing for total alloy control and is solidified using metallic molds (chilling). This process results in cast iron with an exceptionally fine grain structure, free from defects, leading to better performance and extended lifespan of the roller shell.

To meet the specific needs of our esteemed clients, each roller shell undergoes rigorous testing and is graded according to different Zuper Alloy compositions. These grades are tailored based on crystalline alloy content and grain structure to ensure optimal performance across various fiber contents in cane.
