Zuper Cera

The ZuperCera Block is the latest addition to our range of hammer inserts.. A truly innovative product, the Zuper Cera is made from an extremely strong abrasion-resistant composite consisting of complex ceramic composites in a metallic matrix that is duly sintered cast and metallurgically bonded to a mild steel backing plate. These carbides have a minimum hardness of 62 – 63 – 64 HRc. The ZuperCera inserts can easily be fitted to hammers shanks using a single bolt and washers arrangement. These inserts can be easily turned and all four sides of these inserts can be used, giving it a longer life and superior edge retention qualities.
