IMCO liners can be used in a wide range of applications to replace and/or protect parts exposed to heavy wear.Material ideal for many materials handling applications, such as chutes. IMCO liners are available in standard sizes or they can be customized to suit a specific size.
A) Zuper Hi Life Liners
Revolutionary “ Zuper Hi Life “ Wear Liner is a High Density and Ultra- abrasion. Resisting Carbide System (60-62 HRc) metallurgically bonded to a mild steel backing with patented process. Zuper Hi Life Wear Liner is the best wear liner on the market today because of quality in material and manufacturing processes. Its performance is 10 times greater than AR400 steel at less than 1/4th the operating cost.
